Course content:

The dual bachelor's degree program in construction provides students with a comprehensive technical foundation in mathematics, statics, machine elements and design systems as well as knowledge of computer-aided design, calculation and simulation methods (CAE techniques, FEM). Business administration subjects also give students a sound understanding of the structures and processes in the company as a whole, as well as a good awareness of costs and the market. In the practical phases, they become familiar with products and manufacturing techniques of the company of the practical partner and work on concrete development and design tasks. Language training in English as well as courses on information technology and organizational and management techniques complement the study program. As design engineers with a high level of practice-oriented methodological and social competence, graduates of the program can be immediately employed as specialists and managers.
